Haddock, whiting and cod remain the “bread and butter” of our business.

White fish accounts for the majority of fish landed in the busy Peterhead market on the North-east Buchan coast, and you can be assured that our buyers source the finest quality fish for your enjoyment.

We don't buy from refrigerated or factory boats which land catches from more distant waters because that reduces the quality and therefore the flavour of our fish.

Boats landing fresh fish on a daily basis provide us with their prime catch which is then graded, filleted and dispatched by overnight lorry to make the early morning market in
Glasgow.

From there we ensure that it is prepared and packaged just the way that you require it.
