You don't have to try your luck at fishing in order to enjoy fresh Rainbow trout. Improved production practices, selective breeding and nutritionally complete feeds now make it possible to produce consistantly high quaklity market size (10- to 14-ounce) trout for the table. Today, with modern rearing and shipping techniques about 95 percent of rainbow trout consumed in the UK is farm raised and available nationwide any time of the year at very reasonable prices.

Smoked Trout

Our peat smoked Rainbow trout is made from only the finest Scottish trout. It is dry salted, then smoked for three days over peat and oakwood. The taste and texture are superb!

We supply many top hotels and restaurants as their chefs consider this product to be the best. We also produce a delicious hot smoked trout which is roasted during the smoking process, providing our customers with a succulent, beautifully flavoured product.
