Sea Bass and Sea Bream
We supply both fresh caught and farmed Sea Bass.
Farming of Sea Bass and Bream is similar to salmon or trout farming, and operates on the same principles. Our farmed fish come from the pristine Mediterranean waters off France and Greece and the fish we supply have been reared to the highest possible standards for freshness and flavour.
Production methods include:
- Low production densities.
- Coastal waters rated “Grade A”, the highest rating.
- Fish are regrouped according to size to optimise growth.
- The fish live in a natural environment. The quality of the sea water is daily checked and controlled.
We process all fish to order by gutting, scaling, filleting etc depending on what our customers want.
